  • Diced Tomatoes

2. Cover frying pan to steam spinach until slightly wilted.
1. Layer ingredients in frying pan at low heat:
  • Cooking Oil
  • Corn Tortilla
  • Refried Beans
  • Frozen Corn
  • Diced Onion
  • Diced Jalapeño
  • Sliced Aged Goat Cheese
  • Chopped Spinach
