Top a toasted Glutino English Muffin with sliced cheese, zucchini filling*, and more cheese. Heat until gooey. Serve with plain goat yogurt.

Saute the following in small sauce pan:

• 1/2 Medium Purple Onion
• 1/2 Medium Jalapeno
• 1 Small Zucchini
• 1/3 Can Muir Glen Pizza Sauce
